Completed studies at the universities in Saarbrücken and Tübingen. After his First State Examination in Law he received further formation as lawyer at the Kammergericht in Berlin and among others the Bundeskartellamt in Berlin (Federal Office for the Supervision of Cartels) and the Commission of the European Communities - GD Competition - in Brussels.
Focuses of legal practice:
- National and international civil and business law including contract and corporate law and transactions
- Inheritance law, including corporate succession
Special admission as expert for inheritance law (Fachanwalt für Erbrecht); member of the "Arbeitsgemeinschaft Erbrecht im Deutschen Anwaltverein".
Consultancy in all matters of inheritance law concerning testamentary disposition and support in finding corporate successors. Ulrich Keiper represents clients and acts as a mediator in inheritance disputes, and gives legal advice concerning inheritance tax and the execution of wills.
Advice in the area of business law concerning company foundation, mergers, legal successors and liquidation. Active as a consultant to and representative of foundations.
In the area of real estate law, consultancy for architects, developers, construction companies, housing administration companies and communities of real estate property owners.
Legal support for doctors setting up their own practice, communities of doctors as well as in dissolving practices and accounting consultancy. Since 1996, data trustee (Datentreuhänder) for patient data in the medical field, dealing with matters pertaining to the data protection laws.
Speaks and writes English and French.
