Ulrich Keiper established the law firm in 1980 and was joined by Renate Elze as partner in 1983.
As a general legal practice, we provide our clients with advice in all fields of law, both nationally and internationally. We offer administrative legal services, consultancy, advice on drawing up contracts, and we represent our clients at negotiations and in court proceedings.
We work predominantly in the areas of civil and commercial law and have broad expertise in the following fields
- medical law and medical malpractice
- inheritance and family law
- employment and labour law
- business and corporate law
- tenancy law and real estate
- private international law
Furthermore, we also practice criminal and administrative law.
We have special admissions as legal experts for inheritance and medical law (Fachanwälte für Erbrecht und Medizinrecht) and special theoretical and practical knowledge in these matters.
As Notary Publics, both partners exercise all standard notary functions such as consultancy in in real estate transactions, in commercial and corporate matters, as well as in inheritance and family law.
Our clients include private individuals, freelance professionals, health insurance companies, housing administration companies and companies who place their trust in us as their personal legal experts. Our legal consultancy services for private individuals cover all areas of life. We support companies during their foundation phase, in their day-to-day business activities and in matters concerning legal successors and liquidation.
