Renate Elze has a special admission as legal expert for medical law. She is a member of the "Vereinigung Rechtsanwälte im Medizinrecht e.V.", an organization of practitioners in medical law, and of the "Arbeitgemeinschaft Medizinrecht im Deutschen Anwaltverein".
Renate Elze has practiced in the area of medical law from the beginning of her work as a lawyer, providing consultancy to patients in asserting claims for damages and compensation due to medical malpractice - also in cooperation with health insurance companies. She represents clients before arbitration committees in proceedings concerning medical malpractice and in court proceedings.
Advice and representation in all areas of individual labour law. Position as a lecturer in this area since 1985 at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht (Berlin School of Economics and Law) in Berlin.
Consultancy, representation and mediation in the field of family law.
