The law firm was founded in 1980 by Ulrich Keiper. Renate Elze joined the firm as partner in 1983.

The function of both partners as notaries comprise the total range of this public office as notarising and consulting in real estate transactions, in commercial, company and corporation matters, probate and inheritance matters as well as divorce and family matters.
